Target Information
CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, as well as a subset of T lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. It regulates calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation. CD20 remains on the cell surface after antibody binding, making it an effective target for antibody-mediated B-cell depletion. Dysregulation of CD20 is associated with MS4A1-related common variable immune deficiency.
