Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene encodes a human guanine nucleotide exchange factor that transduces signals from CRK by binding its SH3 domain and activating Ras family GTPases.
This signaling cascade may be involved in apoptosis, integrin-mediated signal transduction, and cell transformation.
Several alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but the full-length nature of some variants remains undetermined.
