Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
- Store reconstituted solution at 4°C for up to 1 week.
- For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information
Ryanodine receptors (RyR1) are critical in intracellular Ca²⁺ signaling during cell activation in muscle and non-muscle cells.
The ~500 kDa receptor is found in various cell types, including lymphocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, fibroblasts, epithelial and endothelial cells, skeletal and cardiac muscle, and brain tissue.
