For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cell-mediated immune responses are initiated by T lymphocytes stimulated by peptides bound to MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells (APC).
Activated T cells express PD-1 (PDCD-1), which mediates inhibitory signals via binding to ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2.
PD-1 signaling downregulates immune activation in the absence of danger signals such as LPS.
PD1-deficient mice exhibit hyperactivated immune systems and autoimmune diseases.
PD-1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE than predicted.
