Target Information
이 유전자는 세포질 코트아머 단백질 복합체(coatomer protein complex)의 한 서브유닛을 암호화하며, 자가포식(autophagy)과 세포 내 단백질 수송에 관여합니다. 코트아머 단백질 복합체는 일곱 개의 서브유닛으로 구성되어 있으며, COPI 소포의 코트 단백질로 작용합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사 변이가 생성됩니다.
