Product Specific Information
Mouse anti-Human Siglec-10 antibody, clone 5G6 recognizes human Siglec-10 (Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 10), a putative adhesion molecule and member of the Ig superfamily. Siglec-10 is expressed by monocytes, B cells, eosinophils, and at higher levels by a subpopulation of CD16⁺CD56⁻ natural killer (NK) cells.
Target Information
SIGLECs are members of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on the cell surface. Most SIGLECs contain one or more cytoplasmic immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs). They are typically expressed on cells of the innate immune system, except for SIGLEC6, which is expressed on B cells.
