- Application Note: For IHC, epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
Target Information
NPAT is required for progression through the G1 and S phases of the cell cycle and for S phase entry. It activates transcription of histone H2A, H2B, H3, and H4 genes in conjunction with MIZF, and positively regulates ATM, MIZF, and PRKDC promoters. Transcriptional activation may involve recruitment of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complex to target gene promoters.
