Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain seven transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPCR LGR4 is a member of this family (subfamily Orphan-A). Its expression has been documented in human brain, adrenal, heart, kidney, liver, skeletal muscle, ovary, pancreas, placenta, prostate, spleen, stomach, testis, thyroid, and spinal cord.
