Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded 조직 절편의 적절한 염색을 위해 Protease Type XIV (Actinase E) 전처리가 필요합니다. 권장 희석 및 반응 조건은 1–2 mg/mL, 37°C에서 10분입니다. 다른 효소나 열 유도 항원 회복(Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval) 방법은 이 항체에 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 동결 절편은 4°C에서 아세톤으로 고정 후 성공적으로 염색되었습니다.
Target Information
녹색형광단백질(GFP)은 Aequorea victoria 해파리에서 유래하며, 생물발광 반응 시 녹색 형광을 방출합니다. GFP는 진핵 및 원핵 생물에서 유전자 발현 리포터로, 세포 내 단백질 위치 및 이동 연구에 널리 사용됩니다.
GFP는 27 kDa 단량체 단백질로, 자가 촉매적으로 형광 색소를 형성합니다. 청색광(395 nm)을 흡수하고 녹색광(508 nm)을 방출합니다. 추가 단백질이나 보조 인자 없이 안정적인 형광을 나타내며, 다양한 생물학적 응용에 적합합니다.
또한 GFP는 형광 태그로서 단백질 상호작용 분석(yeast two hybrid system)이나 FRET 실험에서 단백질 간 거리 측정에도 활용됩니다.
