Reconstitution: 15 µL 또는 50 µL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성. 항체는 실온에서 리오필라이즈드 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 함. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에 보관 권장. 반복적인 동결-해동은 피해야 함. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액을 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리할 것.
