Glycoprotein B (gB)는 CMV 외피의 주요 항원 단백질이며, gH/gL 복합체와 함께 막 융합에 필수적입니다.
미가공 HCMV gB 전구체는 906개의 아미노산으로 구성되며, 분자량은 약 100 kDa입니다.
