Target Information
Human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)는 Paramyxoviridae과 Pneumovirinae 아과에 속하는 바이러스로, 홍역 및 볼거리와 같은 호흡기 감염을 유발합니다.
RSV의 유전체는 단일가닥 음성 RNA로 구성되어 있으며, 세 가지 외피 당단백질(SH, G, F)을 암호화합니다. G 단백질은 부착 단백질로 알려져 있으며, F 단백질은 세포막 융합을 유도하여 syncytia를 형성합니다. RSV는 성인에게는 경미한 증상을 유발하지만, 영유아기 하기도 감염의 주요 원인 중 하나입니다.
