Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits: two rings of 7 alpha subunits and two rings of 7 beta subunits.
Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent process via a non-lysosomal pathway.
The immunoproteasome processes class I MHC peptides.
PSMB9 encodes a 20S core beta subunit located in the class II region of the MHC. Proteolytic processing is required to generate a mature subunit.
