- IHC 응용 시, FFPE 조직 절편에 대해 citrate buffer (pH 6.0)로 epitope retrieval 권장
- Mouse 조직의 경우 1:200–1:800 희석 사용 권장
- Tris-EDTA (pH 9.0)로 epitope retrieval 시에도 적합
- 100% 서열 동일성을 기준으로 X. tropicalis 및 Orangutan에서도 반응이 예측됨
