비구조 단백질 3 (nsP3)은 RNA 복제에 필수적인 역할을 하며, nsP3의 Alphavirus Unique Domain (AUD)은 다기능 도메인으로 세포 및 종 특이성 결정뿐 아니라 바이러스 게놈 복제 및 조립에도 관여합니다.
