Chikungunya virus (CHIKV)는 발열, 관절통, 피부 발진, 관절염 및 드물게 사망을 유발하는 재출현 Alphavirus입니다.
비구조 단백질 3 (nsP3)은 RNA 복제에 필수적인 역할을 하며, nsP3의 Alphavirus Unique Domain (AUD)은 다기능 도메인으로 세포 및 종 특이성 결정뿐 아니라 바이러스 게놈 복제 및 조립에도 관여합니다.
