Target Information
Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellular processes initiated by extracellular stimuli acting through G protein-coupled receptors. The encoded protein may form complexes with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals. This protein is similar to rat collybistin protein. Alternative splicing generates two transcript variants encoding different isoforms, and multiple polyadenylation sites may be used for this gene.
