Target Information
ZEB1 (Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1)는 전사 억제 인자로 작용하며, interleukin-2 (IL-2) 유전자 발현을 억제합니다. 세포 유형과 cDNA 양에 따라 ATP1A1 유전자의 프로모터 활성을 조절하며, E-cadherin 프로모터를 억제하고 SMARCA4/BRG1을 모집하여 상피-간엽 전이(EMT)를 유도합니다. 또한, CTBP1 코리프레서 존재 시 BCL6 전사를 억제하고, 신경분화 과정에서 RCOR1 전사 활성화를 억제합니다. ZEB1 유전자 변이는 각막 이영양증 및 후부 다형성 각막 이영양증, Fuchs 내피 이영양증과 관련이 있습니다.
