Golden Syrian Hamster Serum is an IgG fraction antibody purified from polyspecific antiserum by a multi-step process including delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis. Immunoelectrophoresis showed a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Rabbit Serum, and multiple arcs against Hamster Serum.
