Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The EEF1D gene encodes a subunit of the elongation factor-1 complex, responsible for the enzymatic delivery of aminoacyl tRNAs to the ribosome.
This subunit functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor and is reported to interact with HIV-1 Tat, repressing translation of host-cell but not HIV-1 mRNAs.
Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been identified.
