Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵이 있는 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 포스파테이스(PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다.
비조혈세포계 세포주 및 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 하며, Src-family kinase의 조절자로 작용합니다.
여러 아이소폼이 존재하며, 세포 종류 및 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
T세포 및 B세포 수용체 신호전달 조절, JAK kinase 억제, 세포 생존 조절 등 다양한 면역 기능에 관여합니다.
