Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the NEDD4-like protein family, known to possess ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. The encoded protein contains four tandem WW domains, which are 35–40 amino acid motifs characterized by four conserved aromatic residues. These domains may mediate specific protein-protein interactions. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
