Target Information
Epitope tag는 다양한 세포 유형에서 유전자 산물의 위치를 확인하고, 단백질 및 단백질 복합체의 위상을 연구하며, 관련 단백질을 식별하고, 단백질 특이적 항체가 없는 경우 새로 확인된 저발현 또는 면역원성이 낮은 단백질을 특성화하는 데 사용됩니다.
V5 epitope tag는 심안 바이러스(SV5)의 P 및 V 단백질에 존재하는 작은 epitope(Pk)에서 유래했으며, 일반적으로 14개의 아미노산(GKPIPNPLLGLDST)으로 구성되어 있으나, 9개의 아미노산(IPNPLLGLD)으로도 사용됩니다.
