Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP)는 Ena-VASP 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, E/DFPPPPXD/E 모티프를 포함하는 단백질과 결합하는 EHV1 N-말단 도메인을 가지고 있습니다. 중간 영역에는 SH3 및 WW 도메인 함유 단백질과 결합하는 프롤린이 풍부한 도메인이 있으며, C-말단의 EVH2 도메인은 4량체화를 매개하고 G 및 F 액틴과 결합합니다. VASP는 필라멘트성 액틴 형성과 세포 부착 및 이동에 관여하며, 인테그린-세포외기질 상호작용을 조절하는 세포 내 신호 경로에도 관련이 있습니다. 또한 PKA 및 PKG에 의해 조절됩니다.
