• Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
• For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C or below.
• Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge if the solution is not clear after standing at room temperature.
• Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute only prior to immediate use.
• Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, and purified/partially purified Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase [Leuconostoc mesenteroides].
• Cross-reactivity with G6PD from other sources may occur but has not been determined.
