Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge if the solution is not clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, and purified/partially purified Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase [Leuconostoc mesenteroides].
- Cross-reactivity with G6PD from other sources may occur but has not been determined.
Target Information
Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD)는 NADPH 생성을 통해 산화 스트레스 방어 및 환원성 생합성 반응에 관여하는 세포질 효소입니다. G6PD 유전자는 X 염색체에 위치하며, 다양한 변이형이 보고되어 있습니다. 결핍 시 신생아 황달, 급성 용혈, 또는 만성 비구상성 용혈성 빈혈을 유발할 수 있습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 알려져 있습니다.
