Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)는 130 kDa 막당단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily에 속하며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈에 의한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 헤모글로빈/하프토글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통한 철 재활용 과정에 관여합니다.
주로 염증 후기에 분화된 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포 표면에 발현되며, IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가합니다.
LPS 및 PMA는 CD163의 shedding을 유도하며, hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체에 대한 결합은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적입니다.
CD163은 또한 tyrosine kinase 의존성 칼슘 이동, inositol triphosphate 생성, IL6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도합니다.
