Target Information
RASIP1은 혈관 생성 및 혈관신생 과정에서 발생하는 혈관 구조의 적절한 형성에 필요합니다. GTPase 신호전달, 세포 구조 및 접착의 혈관 특이적 조절자로 작용하며, 내피세포 형태형성과 혈관관 형성에 필수적입니다. Rho GTPase 활성을 조절하며, ARHGAP29를 모집하여 RhoA 신호를 억제하고 ROCK 및 MYH9 활성을 감소시킵니다. 또한 Golgi 결합 HRAS 및 Ras 유사 단백질의 효과기로 작용할 수 있으며, HRAS 매개 변형을 촉진할 수 있습니다. 아미노산 결핍 유도 자가포식의 음성 조절자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
