Target Information
CD72는 주로 B 세포에서 발현되는 막 단백질로, 수용체 티로신 인산화 억제 모티프(ITIM)를 통해 SHP-1 인산화효소와 상호작용하여 B 세포 반응성을 억제합니다. CD72와 리간드 CD100(Sema4D)의 결합은 BCR 결합 및 CD72의 인산화를 방지하고 SHP-1을 분리시켜 B 세포 활성화를 유도합니다.
