DGK(Diacylglycerol kinase)는 DAG를 인산화하여 phosphatidic acid로 전환함으로써 세포 내 DAG 수준을 조절합니다.
DGK 분류:
- Type I: DGK-α (80 kDa), DGK-β (90 kDa), DGK-γ (90 kDa) — N-terminal EF-hand motif 포함
- Type II: DGK-δ (130 kDa), DGK-ι (130 kDa) — N-terminal PH domain 포함
