Target Information
OBFC1는 CST 복합체의 구성 요소로, single-stranded DNA에 결합하여 텔로미어를 DNA 분해로부터 보호하는 역할을 합니다. CST 복합체는 염기서열 비의존적으로 높은 친화도로 ssDNA에 결합하며, 개별 서브유닛은 낮은 친화도를 보입니다. 또한 CST 복합체는 비텔로미어 부위에서도 일반적인 DNA 대사 과정에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
