Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
UBL4A is a component of the BAT3 complex, which participates in the post-translational delivery of tail-anchored (TA) membrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
The complex facilitates TA protein capture by ASNA1/TRC40 by interacting with ribosomes synthesizing membrane proteins and transferring newly released TA proteins to ASNA1/TRC40 for targeting.
