This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates.

This antibody has specificity for Human C1D.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a DNA-binding and apoptosis-inducing protein localized in the nucleus. It interacts with Rac3 and acts as a corepressor for the thyroid hormone receptor. It is thought to regulate TRAX/Translin complex formation.
Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein. Multiple pseudogenes are found on chromosome 10.
