Target Information
Replication Protein A (RPA, human single-stranded DNA binding protein 또는 HSSB로도 알려짐)는 DNA 복제, 수선, 재조합에 관여합니다.
Human RPA는 70kDa, 32–34kDa, 11–14kDa의 세 서브유닛(RPA70, RPA32, RPA14)으로 구성된 안정적인 헤테로트리머입니다.
RPA는 SV40 large tumor antigen에 의해 촉매되는 SV40 DNA의 풀림에 필요하며, DNA polymerase α 및 δ를 자극합니다. RPA34는 G1/S 경계에서 또는 DNA 손상 유도 요인(ionizing 및 UV 방사선)에 노출될 때 인산화됩니다.
