CD31은 혈관계 전반에 걸쳐 발현되며, 주로 인접 세포 간의 접합부에 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종 결합(homophilic binding)에 관여하며, 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
