Target Information

CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체입니다. ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 통해 인산화되어 단백질 티로신 인산화효소의 결합 부위를 제공합니다.
CD31은 혈관 내피세포 간의 접합부에 주로 존재하며, N-말단 Ig-유사 도메인은 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 하는 동종 결합에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 세포 부착, 혈관 내 이동, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 면역수용체 신호의 음성 조절, 자가면역, 대식세포 식작용, IgE 매개 아나필락시스 및 혈전 형성과 같은 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여하는 다기능 분자입니다.
혈관계의 주요 조절 인자 중 하나로 알려져 있습니다.
