Target Information
Akirin1과 Akirin2 단백질은 NF-κB 의존적 유전자 전사를 조절하며, 그람 음성 세균에 대한 방어에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Akirin1은 마우스에서 불필요하지만, Akirin2는 발달에 필수적이며 TLR, TNF-α, IL-1β 신호 전달 및 IL-6 생성에 필요합니다.
Akirin2는 Drosophila의 단일 Akirin 유전자와 기능적으로 유사하며, 돌연변이체는 중기-초기 배아 사망을 보입니다.
