Target Information
Anti-Donkey secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for equine (Donkey) immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility with multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and increased sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to produce highly specific reagents.
