Product Description
본 키트는 16S rRNA 유전자의 V2-V3 영역을 증폭하여 Illumina 플랫폼에서 분석 가능한 라이브러리를 제작할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
모든 분자생물학적 시약(프라이머, 효소 혼합물, 인덱스, 버퍼 등)이 포함되어 있으며, PCR 정제 단계에서는 사용자가 제공하는 AMPure XP Magnetic Beads를 사용합니다.
워크플로우는 다음과 같습니다:
- Targeted PCR: 16S rRNA의 V2-V3 영역 증폭
- PCR Clean-Up 1: AMPure XP beads를 이용한 정제
- Index PCR: 듀얼 인덱스 프라이머 추가
- PCR Clean-Up 2: 정제 후 라이브러리 준비 완료
- Quantification, Pooling, Sequencing 단계 수행
