Product Specific Information
- 각 로트의 항체 감도는 ELISA로 확인되며, 특이성은 면역전기영동(IEP)으로 검증됨
- 사용 전 0.55 mL의 탈이온수를 사용해 재수화 후 실온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전히 용해
- 원심분리 후 입자 제거
- 사용 시 매일 새로운 working dilution을 준비하고, 사용 후 폐기
- 제품은 완전 회수를 위해 과충전(overfill)되어 있음
- 면역전기영동 결과, 비면역글로불린 인간 혈청 단백질과 반응하지 않음
- 유효기간: 수령일로부터 1년
