  • 재수화 시 0.55 mL 탈이온수를 사용하고 실온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전히 용해.
  • 원심분리하여 입자를 제거하고, 매일 신선한 희석액을 준비.
  • 동결건조 상태에서는 2–8°C 보관.
  • 재수화 후 장기보관은 50% glycerol로 희석 후 -20°C에서 액상 보관.
