Background
Coagulation factor II receptor (Thrombin receptor, F2R) is a seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor involved in the regulation of thrombotic responses. Proteolytic cleavage activates the receptor, and alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
