Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SNX2 and SNX4 share a high degree of amino acid similarity with SNX1, as they all contain a characteristic phox homology (PX) domain. These proteins are partially associated with cellular membranes and interact with EGF, PDGF, and insulin receptor tyrosine kinases. Sorting nexins are widely expressed but show variable tissue distribution patterns. They can associate with each other and with other cellular proteins, forming multisubunit complexes. The related protein SNX3 forms a distinct subgroup with different receptor binding affinities.
