DyLight 800 4X PEG has an excitation/emission of 783/797 nm.
Target Information
GST (Glutathione S-transferase) is a 26 kDa protein found in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes, catalyzing diverse reactions. The GST-fusion system enables purification of GST-tagged proteins via their high affinity for glutathione. These fusion proteins are valuable tools for studying direct protein–protein interactions. The GST gene fusion system has been widely introduced into various expression vectors.
