Product Specific Information

MBSA43 단클론 항체는 인간 TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains, VSTM3 또는 WUCAM으로도 알려짐)을 인식합니다. TIGIT은 PVR(poliovirus receptor) 패밀리의 구성원으로, NK 세포, 조절 T 세포, 여포성 T 헬퍼 세포, 메모리 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T 세포에서 발현되며 B 세포나 naïve CD4+ T 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 활성화 시 naïve CD4+ T 세포에서 발현이 증가할 수 있습니다.

TIGIT은 PVR 및 PVR-like 단백질을 발현하는 항원제시세포, 섬유아세포, 내피세포와 상호작용하며, NK 및 T 세포의 면역 조절에 관여합니다. MBSA43은 붉은털원숭이(Rhesus macaque)에서도 교차 반응을 보입니다.
