Target Information
CD41 (platelet glycoprotein IIb, ITGA2B)는 두 개의 서브유닛(120 kDa α, 23 kDa β)으로 구성되어 있으며, 칼슘 존재하에서 CD61과 상호작용하여 기능적 접착 단백질 수용체를 형성합니다.
혈소판 응집을 매개하여 혈액 응고에 관여하며, 손상된 혈관에서 von Willebrand factor, fibrinogen, fibronectin, vitronectin 등 다양한 단백질과 결합합니다.
CD41은 주로 거핵세포-혈소판 계통에서 발현되며 조혈 분화 초기 단계에서 나타납니다.
CD41 기능 이상과 관련된 질환에는 Glansmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 bleeding disorder가 포함됩니다.
