Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody is supplied lyophilized at room temperature. Upon receipt, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the homer family of dendritic proteins. Members of this family regulate group 1 metabotropic glutamate receptor function. The encoded protein acts as a postsynaptic density scaffolding protein. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Two related pseudogenes have been identified on chromosome 14.
