Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CDC42SE2 is probably involved in actin cytoskeleton organization downstream of CDC42, inducing actin filament assembly and altering CDC42-induced cell shape changes.
In activated T-cells, it may contribute to CDC42-mediated F-actin accumulation at the immunological synapse and play a role in early contractile events during macrophage phagocytosis.
