Target Information
Myosin은 육량체(6개의 서브유닛)로 구성된 ATPase 세포 운동 단백질로, 2개의 heavy chain, 2개의 비인산화 알칼리 경쇄, 2개의 인산화 조절 경쇄로 이루어져 있습니다.
MYL6 유전자는 평활근 및 비근육 조직에서 발현되는 myosin 알칼리 경쇄를 암호화합니다.
여러 위유전자가 보고되었으며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이가 확인되었습니다.
