Target Information
CDC25A는 CDC25 인산화효소 계열에 속하며, 인간 세포에는 CDC25A, CDC25B, CDC25C 세 가지 유전자가 존재합니다. 각 유전자는 세포주기의 서로 다른 단계에서 기능하며, CDC25A는 G1 및 S 단계 진행에 필수적입니다. CDC25A는 cyclin-dependent kinase CDC2의 두 개의 인산기를 제거하여 활성화시키며, DNA 손상 시 분해되어 비정상적인 세포 분열을 방지합니다. CDC25A는 종양유전자(Oncogene)로 알려져 있으나, 발암 과정에서의 정확한 역할은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
