For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Arylsulfatase F (ARSF) is a 590 amino acid secretory protein belonging to the sulfatase family of bone and cartilage matrix proteins. It uses calcium as a cofactor to catalyze reactions vital for bone composition maintenance. Unlike Arylsulfatase E, ARSF activity is not inhibited by warfarin.
The ARSF gene is located on human chromosome X, which contains approximately 153 million base pairs and over 1,000 genes. Chromosome X, together with chromosome Y, is responsible for sex determination. Abnormalities in sex chromosomes can lead to conditions such as Turner’s syndrome, color blindness, hemophilia, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
