- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human CNDP2 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the M20 metalloprotease family. The encoded protein is specifically expressed in the brain and functions as a homodimeric dipeptidase identified as human carnosinase. This gene contains a trinucleotide (CTG) repeat length polymorphism in the coding region.
